An application has been filed by Washtenaw Engineering on behalf of Silver Maples of Chelsea, Inc, with permission from St. Joseph Mercy Health System for preliminary site plan approval to construct 16 villa units and a small maintenance garage on the following described parcel of land:

The application for Preliminary Site Plan Approval will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.Web access for this remote meeting will be posted atwww.city-chelsea.org/planning-zoning .
Signed, written comments, concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting, and will be read at the meeting. Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S. MAIN ST. STE. 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118.
