SYNOPSIS MARCH 2020 BOARD MEETING MINUTES
LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, March 16, 2020—REGULAR MEETING—Meeting called to order at 7:01 PM via Audio Conference. No Public Comment. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Approval of Bills as presented. Zoning Administrator briefly summarized his report which was submitted in writing. CAFA Representative submitted his report in writing. Gary Munce updated the Board on broadband. Items Approved: Actual Budget Amendment to increase (Clerk Assistant Salary) by $4,000 and decrease General Fund by $4,000; Postpone Zoning Amendments until the April 2020 Township Board Meeting; I.T. Right contract for $5,279.64 based on the condition that there is no other option available at the time the current contract expires; Table the sign with logo; Zoom invoice in the amount of $158.89; 2020 Township Agreement between WCRC and Lyndon Township for dust control in the amount of $34,969.44 and Lyndon Township will provide matching funds in the amount of $17,484.72; the Quote from BS&A for their Assessing System not to exceed $26000 subject to a budget adjustment; Sell the property at a minimum bid of $86,500 depending whether the well is included in the appraisal; advertise the sale of the property on the Lyndon Township website, put a for sale sign in the yard of the property, and advertise in the Sun Times News; sealed bids for the property must be submitted to the Lyndon Township Hall by Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 12:00 Noon; and bids will be opened at the April 14, 2020 Township Board Regular Meeting at 7:00 PM. The Meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM.
