NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
APPROVAL EXPIRATION
The City Council unanimously adopted an ordinance at their April 15, 2024, meeting which will amend the Zoning Ordinance to extend expiration periods for zoning compliance permits and granted variances. The ordinance will go into effect 30 days after publication in the local newspaper and can be viewed in its entirety at the City of Chelsea Offices located at 305 S. Main Street, Suite 100.
