For PRELIMINARY/FINAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL

An application has been filed by Vanston/ O’Brien, Inc on behalf of TLSH, LLC for combined preliminary and final site plan approval for a 19,760 sf addition for warehouse use, construction of a new truck well, and other related site improvements on the following described parcel of land:

The application for Preliminary Site Plan Approval will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.Web access for this remote meeting will be posted at www.city-chelsea.org/planning-zoning .

Signed, written comments, concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting, and will be read at the meeting.  Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S. MAIN ST. STE. 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118.
