Request:              Variance application (ZBA 20-002) to considerthe addition of a 1,196 square foot second story addition that will encroach into both side yard setbacks. The proposed second story addition will be built directly over the existing 1,196 square foot, single story structure. The existing home and the addition are 5 feet from the north side property line and 8 feet from the south side property line where 10 feet is required by code.
