LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, May 12, 2020—REGULAR MEETING—Meeting called to order at 7:01 PM via Audio/VideoConference. No Public Comment. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Approval of Bills as presented. Zoning Administrator presented his report in writing as well and briefly gave a report on Township activities. CAFA representative presented his report in writing. Gary Munce updated the Township Board on broadband. Items Approved: Appointed Pam Byrnes to the Chelsea Area Construction Agency position; Appointed Pam Byrnes to fill the vacancy of Mary Jane Maze on the Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority for the term ending December 31, 2020; Agreement with Carlisle/Wortman for consulting services with a start date of June 1, 2020; Initiate rezoning of the property on M-52 from MU to RR; Approve the Budget Amendment, dated May 12, 2020; Table the Zoning Amendment: Agribusiness and Event Business Regulations to get further information from other communities. The Meeting adjourned at 7:59 PM.
