Synopsis of Regular Meeting Minutes
April 13,2020
Supervisor Maier opened the Regular Meeting at 7:00 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance. All Board members were present and seated six feet apart. No residents or public were in attendance.
The Agenda was approved as was the Budget/Special Meeting and Regular Meeting Minutes of March 16, 2020. There were no Public Comments and Treasurer Nanette Havens submitted the March 31, 2020 Treasurer Report. One motion was passed to authorize the supervisor and clerk to sign a three-year rate agreement with Carlisle/Wortman Associates, Inc. Accounts Payable for $16,243.77 and Payroll for $9,701.19 was approved. No reports or final public comments were made. Trustee Laier made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 PM
